Tell us your server address and what you were doing when the problem started. If there is an error in the console, paste it in.

Things to try first

• Can't connect: check the server shows as online in the panel, and that you and your friends are on the same game version as the server.
• Server won't start: read the last lines in the console. A plugin or mod that doesn't match the game version is the most common cause.
• Lag: look at the memory figure in the panel. If it sits near the top, the server needs a bigger plan or fewer mods.
• Something broke after a change: restore yesterday's backup from the Backups tab.
